Tax refund at the end of the tax year?

Micro bic referred to the fiscal regime. The summary of my enterprise individuelle states: Auto-entrepreneur, Micro social simplifié, option pour le versement trimestriel (VERSEMENT-T). Does this seem correct to you? I have decided not to opt for the Option pour le versement libératoire de l’impôt sur le revenu calculé sur le chiffre d’affaires ou les recettes, since I think you cannot get a tax refund at the end of the tax year. Is this correct?
