Tax on commission vs salary as an employee?

I have an opportunity to stop being self employed (auto-entrepreneur) and become an employee for a company in Monaco. I am a British passport holder, living in France and would be working in Monaco. I would be earning a salary under 30,000 euros and earning commission on sales. Taking this situation into consideration, do you have any knowledge of the type of tax I would have to pay? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
