Tax Number and Carte Vital

Hi - a couple of questions i hope you can help with;

1. I registered as a micro-entrepreneur in September 2019 to run my gite business and as per the online process selected my health caisse (Harmonie Mutuelle) from the drop-down menu given at the time. I’ve yet to receive my Carte Vitale or any forms relating to it - is there something I’ve missed/ need to do? I have contacted Harmonie Mutuelle as well but am still waiting to hear back.

2. When will i receive my tax number? Will this be in April/ May?
