Tax implications of running a business in Ireland from France?

Myself and my wife run a number of e-commerce sites in Ireland. We want to move to France and are considering purchasing a similar buisness there. However, we would like to continue running our Irish based businesses from France. What are the tax implications of this and what would be the most efficient way to set ourselves up, considering we will also have a French business (hopefully). We are currently operating as sole traders for our Irish based businesses.
