Tax d’habitation on Gites attached to main residence

I received a taxe d’habitation Bill for payment in November on which our Tv licence is included. This bill wasn’t very high. I have recently logged onto Impots account and I have received a second bill for about 1500 euros. The two gites I have are both part of the longere with our own house. This is the first time we have had this extra bill - the gites started trading July 2017. Is this due or do I need to query it?
