I need new home to rent and I’m looking into the possibility of taking over the commercial bail of a small business that is being liquidated. The first step seems to be to check if the bail allows to use the rental space as domestic residence, as well as commercial space. I registered as an auto entrepreneur in April 2013, and my monthly earnings are only 2 times the monthly rent, although I do have significant savings. Will I pass the selection criteria of the liquidator and be selected as a new renter, with my not very high income level? What can I do to boost my chances?
