Switch from micro entreprise BNC change in activity?

My business, as a travailleur indépendante / profession liberale: Kinésitherapeute, has been puddling along quite well for a year in between mothering. But I am sick of all the charges and the paperwork when all I want to do is part time my secondary activity is Craniosacral Therapy, which is a lesser known/unrecognised in France branch of osteopathy. I was wondering if a change in activity would allow me to register as an auto-entrepreneur and simplify life a little? Craniosacral therapy would be described as a type of massage and or bien-etre perhaps?
