Switch from Micro BNC to AE with the RSI has anyone achieved it?
Working for UK client from France and in the UK - French resident in the legal structure category. But I think this one is more appropriate in the auto-entrepreneur category. We are trying to pursue our applications made online at the end of January 2010 to the RSI to switch from Micro BNCs to auto-entrepreneurs - for which we have reference number for the applications.
My wife has written letters, tried emails and had no response (other than the automated email response saying that someone will get back, but they don’t). She has tried phoning several departments but gets no response. Does anyone have any experience of actually achieving this switch over or any advice of actually how to get the switch completed - telephone numbers, email address, process? Any help would be much appreciated.
