Subscribing to Net Entreprises?

I have been an auto-entrepreneur since Jan 2009 and I have always paid my cotisations by cheque, but sometimes I am away and it then causes problems. Therefore I thought I would subscribe to net entreprises - I have just followed the video all went smoothly at first, the information was correct but when I arrived at the page where you picked what you were declaring there was no auto-entrepreneur box. Can anyone shed a light on why this is, could it be because I have always paid by cheque and I can not change it.
