Sub-renting studio space from one auto-entrepreneur to the next

I have rented space in a ballet studio to conduct Pilates lessons. Can I sub-rent it to another auto-entrepreneur (the owner being ok with that)? If so, how would it work concerning insurance and payment? If she pays me the rent, than this is income that is applicable to social charges, i.e. approx. 25%, right? So, if the owner charges me say €10 per hour and I ask her to pay me € 10, than I would have to pay € 2,50 social charges, i.e. receiving in fact only € 7,50. Am I right?
