Structure for two different careers

My husband is a French film editor and has the “Intermittent du Spectacle” status for almost 20 years now. It’s been working perfectly for him, especially he gets unemployment benefits when he’s in between jobs.

However, in the last 2 years, he’s also been an energy healer specializing in emotional freedom technique (EFT) and Shutaïdo. He’s been doing this pro-bono but he quickly gathered momentum. Now, he has enough demand that it finally makes sense to turn this into a purpose-driven (and paying) business. He wishes to register as an Auto-Entrepreneur and plans to provide the following (estimated % of business):

Pre-recorded video sessions that can be purchased via subscriptions (70%)
Occasional one-on-one sessions upon request (15%)
Some products, eventually (ebook, tisanes – 15%).

Under AE as a healer, what are the categories/domains of activities that are best for his offerings?
Can he register as AE while keeping his Intermittent du Spectacle? The long-term vision is to give up film editing and become a fulltime healer. But until then, he wishes to keep both.
Or is there a better legal structure that can accommodate his film editing + healing professions?
