Structure for part time side activity selling mobile apps

I will be developing mobile apps to sell in the Google Play store. I have a full-time CDI and so this is really a very part-time side activity and I do not expect first-year revenues to exceed 5000 Euros. Is there a yearly income limit below which I would not need to register as a business? If not, would the best structure to set up be as a micro-entrepreneur?
