My partner and I are interested in starting a business selling vegan street food from a van or trailer.
We would plan to sell food at private events such as weddings or at private venues but we would also like to sell food at public markets and festivals etc
- Where do we obtain a permit and what type of permit would we need?
- Do we need to do some type of food hygiene course and if so where would we apply for this?
- Does the vehicle need to pass an inspection for food hygiene?
- How would we register this business
