Still waiting for RSI after 5 months?

Thanks for all your useful advice. I registered on the first of January this year. I got a standard letter from URSSAF on 19 January stating that they were informing the tax people, INSEE and RSI. I have a certificate from INSEE also dated 19 January. However, some five months later, I have still to hear anything from RSI.

I am beginning to be concerned that my file is lost. Do you think that is likely? Do I just continue to wait or should I try to take action at this point? If so, what action is likely to be the most effective?
