STILL NO Social Security Number
My friend called URSAFF for me since I cannot understand the phone prompts.
Here is what they said:
Fill out the amelie formulaire on amelie.fr
And submit:
~Printed Ameli.fr formulaire
■ Photocopy of your titres de sejours
■ RIB with your first and last name
■ Photocopy birth certificate + translation
■ Your rental agreement or 3 months work of payment receipts by your
landlord
Submit these to:
Assurance Maladie Paris, 75948 Paris CEDEX 19
I don’t know if they realized I have no Social security number still.
I tried to create an account on Amelie.fr but they ask for my social security number. I tried adding in 13 zeros but they rejected it.
Is there a form I can print and fill out to include with my documents to Assurance Maladie?
Any ideas as to how to get URSAFF to send me my SS number? I am super frustrated.
Good news is tomorrow morning I have my OFII appointment because another friend called for me. It has been almost 4 months since I arrived and I never got an email.
