Steps to update auto-entrepreneur status when moving department?

I have been registered on the auto-entrepreneur scheme since its start. The business was set up whilst living in the Dordogne and I have the CP RSI Dordogne as the Organisme local destinataire. I have recently moved to the Creuse and would appreciate some help in knowing what steps I need to take to update my auto-entrepreneur status as well as making sure my medical insurance / Carte Vital remain properly registered.
