Steps to get a working visa?

I am a Asian student in France. I plan to open a shop with my French boyfriend in France before I graduate this year. The main issue will be that I would have problem to transfer my student visa to working visa especially I don’t speak French. The French embassy in my country informed me that it’s possible my visa application get refused even I already invest all the money later. Could you help me with the steps to get a working visa before starting a business
