Steps for changing from auto-entrepreneur to réel simplifié?

My first invoice in Q3 will take me through the auto-entrepreneur threshold so I need to change to réel simplifié. I have written two letters to the local tax office, one advising that I wish my regime to change from auto-entrepreneur and one informing them that as at 01/07/12 I will be charging TVA on future invoices. Is there anything else substantive I need to do now? I know I need to find an accountant.
