My friend and I are planning to set up a service business in France later next year and are currently researching items. Can you recommend some general reading for me? I want to learn the basics about company registration formalaties, taxation, on shore versus offshore etc. I don’t want to be any more specific at this stage as we are in the research stage. Any general material guidance would be great.
