Starting a vineyard business in France?

I am taking ownership of a fermette in France on 13 March. I am told I need permet a planter for vines in my 1.5 hectare of land, and to do that I need to register as a business in France.

I understand from your video that auto-entrepreneur is not suitable, but this will be small scale. I need to make my application to plant with the Douanes des Viticoles between 1 April and 31 May - the sooner the better. Can you suggest how I proceed?
