Stages of EURL business incorporation here in France?

I have started the process of entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL) business incorporation with a French speaking accountant and lawyer and, thus, would like some clarification from an English perspective:

Approximately how long does it take to complete the business incorporation in France?
What the stages are of incorporation in France? I have, thus far, submitted all of my ID and paid an initial sum covering 1/3 of the costs.

I guess there is liaising between the accountant and the lawyer during which the lawyer does most of the work. Neither seems particularly interested in keeping me posted on progress.
