Software/IT services and selling as a micro-entrepreneur.

I’m looking into working for myself as a micro entrepreneur by offering various IT technical services (web design/development, programming, computer maintenance/repair etc.) as well as selling my own software online.

From reading past messages, it does seem possible as a micro-entrepreneur. Is this still the case in 2018 ?

Are there any compulsory courses/training that I would need to attend ?
