Social Security number + PreviFrance

I am just tidying up my medical files to ensure that everything is ticked off. Before becoming an Auto Entrepreneur I was covered with CPAM with my husband’s carte vitale. I was issued with a provisional number but never received my own card (even though I lodged all the documents to get my own card). In the meantime, I started my business which then means I am now looked after by RSI (which has since folded and now URSAAF - is that correct?) I have selected PreviFrance as my Organisme Conventionne however I haven’t received any carte vitale or documentation from them.

Is it best I contact URSAAF first to chase my social security number? Or start with PreviFrance for more information?
