Social security for auto-entrepreneur

I have recently registered my auto-entrepreneur on-line, as directed I also registered with the Chambre of Commerce which I have now found out to be incorrect and been advised that I must cancel - I am having a nightmare trying to cancel this registration. I have also received no social security number and I am due to give birth in a few weeks, I visited the local social security office in Thonon-les-bains, but they did not want to know and say I must contact the RSI. I have also tried this and it is impossible to get hold of the RSI. Is there an English speaking help line I can call at all, I am getting desperate now?
