Social charges MSA and RSI?

I have been with the MSA for the last 5-6 years as a jeune agriculteur. I am now set up as auto-entrepreneur to run my gites and seasonal bed and breakfast. My question is, will I be paying two sets of social charges and do you have any suggestions regarding this set-up?
