Small amount of income for my wife - but may only be for a few months?

I am registered as a Micro Entrepreneur and have been since Oct last year.  My wife currently does not work.

We have possibly got an opportunity where my wife can earn a small amount of € for a few months.  Likely around €200-400 per month.  However, we have no guarantee that the work will be consistent.  It’s quite likely the work will happen for around 3-4 months and then may stop completely…

We’re trying to work out if she should take the work, and if it’s worth it for the amount of effort.  Does she need to sign up as a Micro Entrepreneur to declare the income for tax?  If so, what happens when she doesn’t receive any income?  What happens if the income dries up completely?

If she signs up as a Micro Entrepreneur, does this put her into the social system for Healthcare?  If so, what happens to that if she stops earning after a few months?
