Signing another company’s terms from another country

I am self-employed in the UK (with a Ltd company) and have an agreement with another UK consultancy as they occasionally need an extra pair of hands with client work and so outsource work to me. I signed their associate agreement. They want to continue this arrangement once I move to France so we will need to redo the paperwork with my French ME once set up. Is there any issue in France with signing the terms of another company who are based in another country? I can’t see there would be an issue, but wanted to check.
