Sign up to become auto-entrepreneur without numero securité sociale

My friend is trying to sign up as an Auto Entrepreneur through INPI, but she doesn’t have a no. de securité sociale yet (she’s Irish).

Is it still possible for her to sign up, as she is unable to pass through the procedure on the INPI site without her number. I remember you used to be able to sign up without one, but INPI may have changed that!
