Should we set up a micro-entrepreneur, EIRL or SARL business in France?

We have finally made the move to France and are now trying to decide what business status to set up under. We have a large scope of options available to us business-wise which we would like to put under a property consultancy umbrella. We want to work together and are looking for the best way to do so.

  • Agents Commercial for a leading immobilier
  • Inspector of properties for a holiday company
  • A full management service for a friends gite (potential to earn €10,000)
  • Management, gardening, DIY, guardian and changeover services and provision of services such as babysitting, transportation for restaurant visits, airport/station pick-up/drop-off, arranging vineyard/garden/chateau visits, catering/picnics at own or managed properties to enhance a client/guests’ holiday or for homeowners
  • Accommodation rental of our second property
  • A chambre/table d’hotes/gite rental business at our primary property
  • Facilitation of activity holidays (e.g. yoga retreats, cycling tours, wine tours, gastronomy etc.)

We are unable to set up as a SARL and incorporate the agent immobilier part of the business and are therefore concerned that setting up as a SARL is not the way forward initially for the other elements as we will not necessarily earn enough money Could we both set up as an EIRL? What is the best way to progress?
