Should property management be registered with URSSAF?

I have been in contact with the Chambre de Metiers today to register for the stage préalable à l’installation (SPI) course and they asked me what activity I would be registering as. I explained that I will be checking properties for people while they are absent and arranging any necessary appointments. They said that this is not artisanal and that I need to register with URSSAF. They also said that it would come under security and that it is regulated. I really don’t know which way to turn. Please can you help me further?
