Should I register both business activities at the same time?

Should I register both the graphic design business and the chambre d’hotes under the auto-entrepreneur scheme at the same time? Or can one be registered later than another? In theory I could start the graphic design at anytime but the chambre d’hotes will not be ready until early 2014.
