Should I fill in the conjoint collaborateur section on revenus 2011 tax form?

I haven’t received a tax form for myself as Auto-entrepreneur for 2011 yet, but I am on my husband’s Declaration Revenus 2011 as conjoint collaborateur. I have my own social security number and thought that I would be completely independent. Should I fill in my earnings for 2011 on this form or wait to receive my own form?
