Should I be paying cotisation fonciere des entreprises?

I have received a Cotisation Fonciere des Entreprises for 2014 and wondered whether I should be paying this. I am an auto entrepreneur car repairer (4520A), but declared that I work mobile so my home address was purely for administration purposes. If I do, does this replace my tax fonciere payment for my domestic property (same address) or is it additional?
