Should I be an auto-entrepreneur or start a SARL?

With help from your fantastic videos I’ve started the process to be an auto-entrepreneur working as a beauty therapist. I was initially intending to work mobile in chalets, hotels and clients homes. I now have the opportunity to rent space within a hotel, this will consist of multiple treatment rooms and I’ll be working with them to run a spa under my own business name.

This will incur higher costs for me and I’d like to have the opportunity to retail products. In the future I may have to bring in freelance staff to help me during busy times. Should I be looking at creating a SARL?
