Setting up stands at exhibitions and trade fairs around europe?

I’m an auto-entrepreneur selling on the markets and fairs. Now someone has asked me if I would like to help set up stands at exhibitions and trade fairs around europe as and when needed. Its not manufacturing stands just assembling them. Would this be possible under auto-entrepreneur and where would I go to register or add to my exsisting work? It’s an English based company, but I would need to be self employed and invoice them.
