Setting up as a auto-entrepreneur self employed driver?

I would like to set up a small business as a self employed driver. I have approached a local company to offer to drive their vehicle on an occasional basis to assist with their deliveries. I would also like to offer to drive people to the airport using their vehicles. Can I do this as an auto-entrepreneur?
