Setting up a microentrepreneur with no social security number

I’m moving to France in April and need to set up as a microentrepreneur as soon as possible to be able to legally field ongoing work. I won’t have a social security number at that point, which I understand is a box on the registration form. Can I still register and get set up, even if I don’t have a social security number?
