Separate bank account for auto-entrepreneurs?

I’m auto-entrepreneur and have been since March 2011. I have a separate account for my auto-entrepreneur earnings (just a standard one and if I’m honest my auto-entrepreneur earnings and other stuff often get mixed up) but have recently been told by my bank that I should have a totally separate special auto-entrepreneur account for which they want to charge me. My accountant said nothing about this. Is the bank correct?
