SEPA for URSSAF and Impots

Hello, When I registered and gave my bank details on the impots website I was provided a Mandat de Prelevement SEPA form. I filled that out and sent it to my bank. Although when logged in my URSSAF account and gave them IBAN and bank details I did not receive a SEPA. So my question is do I need to provide my bank with a seperate SEPA form for URSSAF or does the one I filled out from the Impots webiste cover both Impots and URSSAF. Thanks as always for the help.
