Selling my business
I have a complicated question regarding my auto entrepreneur business (providing yoga and other wellbeing services). I have been operational for 5 years and have an established reputation and a database of around 600-800 clients (100 regulars). I own the apartment where I teach and work, including equipment worth around €15,000.
I am leaving France and would like to sell the ‘business’ to an interested buyer. This would include my client base, the equipment, marketing collateral (website, social media pages etc) and the booking system. Potentially the buyer could also buy the apartment. How would this work? How do I value a business like this and organise things legally?
I understand I cannot sell the auto entrepreneur per se but there is something to sell here and I don’t want five years of hard work to be closed overnight.
