Selling home grown plants and running a campsite

I’m looking into setting up a business selling home grown cottage garden plants and also running a small campsite (less than 6 places) and table d’hotes. At the moment we have a small holding which provides us with vegetables, eggs and meat, I would also like to be able to sell the excess of this. Can I combine all of these things?

We have 2 hectares of land so is it possible to register with the chambre d’agriculture and would this be the best course of action for me? Do I need any specific qualifications?  I realise that there are some restrictions with selling pork and lamb but are there any with selling poutry and eggs? I would be looking to sell from my house and at the local markets.
