Selling a business in France

I have built up an auto-entrepreneur business over the last 5-years offering services: teaching yoga and fitness. I teach from a property that I own, which could be rented out for professional purposes. The property has around €15,000 worth of equipment needed for my job and I have a loyal client base, website/marketing etc all in place.

I am interested to sell my business as I will be relocating but am not sure how to value a business of this kind? Or who to speak to? Accountant/lawyer/notaire etc?
