Self-employed in Germany, auto-entrepreneur business in France?

We live in France now for three years, I am still commuting twice a month to Germany in order to work in my own homeopathic practise in Germany, since I am not allowed to work in France as a homeopath. I would like to keep my practise and at the same time start a business in France through the auto-entrepreneur scheme, selling products through the Internet. Is this possible and what happens tax wise?
