SCI transfer. My notaire transferred the shares and it does not show up yet

Hello, I completed the deed of transfer at the end of October and was told this would go through in the middle of January. Is this normal to take so long. I have copy of the notaire paperwork submitted but when I look up the SCI online it still says the other person who moved their shares still owns them?
