SCI reinstatement

My notaire sent in the documents needed to reinstate my SCI nearly a month ago. There was one ask for proof of address but there seems to be no notification on the greffe website and when I called my local greffe and spoke with person answering the phone and gave them my siret number she said there was no evidence of my notaire being in contact. Can you help me understand how I can rectify this and how I can speak with someone in charge at my local greffe?
