Scam business directories for auto-entrepreneurs?

I registered as an auto entrepreneur recently and have received a bill for 79.90 euros from this association for ‘frais d’inscription’. Is it compulsory to subscribe to this? There’s no telephone number on the letter so I can’t ring them. In the past I’ve received similar bills from other organisations usually to do with registering as a b&b business but after speaking to them found it wasn’t compulsory to register. Many thanks for any help.
