SASU, now need to create entity in the US

I have a SASU here in France where I am resident, and now have the opportunity to:

a) bring a second partner on-board (a US resident and citizen)
b) to then together create a joint venture with a US-based company.

My concern however is that the interest from both the potential partner and the JV company is largely focused on the brand I have built in a niche area - and they want that brand (and company name) to continue, but now as a Delaware LLC. What are the implications in terms of a second company being set up with the same name and brand, albeit in US-based? Is it possible to maintain my SASU under the brand name here in France, and to put current revenue from my existing clients through that for me alone. And then to have a second US-based company with the same brand that together we put all future new revenue through? Thank you.
