SAS without a physical location in France

I have an SAS and plan to close my physical location in France in the next year or so. I am the President of the company, but I am not a French resident and I don’t live or have an address in France.

Can you explain how it works to have a French SAS without a physical location?

I plan to keep operations in France and serving my clientele there, but without a physical shop/location.
