SAS registered: what next steps to get health insurance as president

The Greffe in Nîmes (30) has confirmed the registration of and issued a SIREN for the new SAS of which my husband is the President and, as such, also “assimilé salarié”. Where does he have to turn next to apply for access to the French national health insurance and obtain a “carte vitale”?
