SARL registration in France?

We spoke before Christmas with regards to me setting up a SARL . You said you may start doing them yourself if I’m not mistaken. We move out for our initial 6 month settling in period in October. We will then start to put things in place for the new business. The area we move to is Perpignan. I know you sent over a contact for a gentleman in Paris but would rather have someone close . We have been recommended an accountant who will be able to assist .
